Luxo started off his interest in music while in the 8th grade after participating in a freestyle cypher with a few classmates. Luxo then took note to his ability to rhyme words and found an interest in seeing where he could go with it. The very next year Luxo found a few friends that were also interested in music and decided to pursue music after almost second guessing himself. Along with one of his friends who was known as (Cj tha Lyricist), Luxo while under the name (Supremacy) recorded for his first time in an actual studio while still in his 9th grade year. The name Luxo was derived from “Jalux” which was what his father was called by his friends and family, and as Luxo went out with his dad he would often be called “Little Lux”. With a new name that Luxo felt very close to he set out to continue blazing tracks with his smooth lyricism and trying to get his name out officially. Currently Luxo has a second mixtape titled “Hello My Name Is” to honor the name change that he is waiting to put out, and also he has finished his first single titled “Stunt” which he is planning to create a buzz for himself and lay a foundation for his up and coming music.
